About

Hey there! I'm Vivaan Rajesh, a freshman at Georgia Tech majoring in Computer Science. I'm passionate about technology and constantly looking for ways to improve my programming skills through projects. My ultimate goal is to become a successful software engineer, and I'm actively expanding my knowledge to stay ahead of the curve.

Beyond the Code

While computer science is my main focus, I also have a strong interest in finance. I've been actively investing in the stock market since I was 12 (my first pick? $DAL!), and I enjoy the challenge of analyzing markets and making informed decisions.

Study Time

Welcome to Study time! This Swift-developed website brings you virtual study rooms that replicate the atmosphere of libraries. Whether you seek philosophical discussions or focused pomodoro study sessions, Study Time has it all. Experience the sensation of being in a public place while achieving your goals. Elevate your study sessions with Study Time today!

Time Track

This project consists of my team's submission to the FBLA Coding and Programming competition. This interactive GUI is created using the PyQt5 python library, and encourages students to participate in spirit activities at our high school, and offering rewards as an incentive!

Tetris: Retro Rush

This project was submitted to the PyGames Hackathon, and aimed to create a new and customized version of Tetris. The goal of this project was to invoke a sense of nostalgia within the judges, and create a fun element while doing so. This project ended up winning the hackathon consisting of roughly 2000 contestants.

Moon Base

Moon Base consists of some of the code I used in order to become the 2023 National Cyber Scholar. In order to become a scholar, there were many challenges to surpass, and a strong coding base was necessaary, and these were some of the problems I had to solve in order to pass the coding stage of becoming the scholar.

Investing Hub

Investing Hub (temporarily removed for major 2023 website updates) is a global non profit that aims to educate teens on the topic of investing. Investing has always been my passion, and I created this organization to share my love for investing, especially regardign stocks. This blog based company publishes articles on different investing topics, and recent news of the stock market in order to further the public understanding of investing!

Space Tower Defence

Space Tower Defence was our team's final project for CS1420 (Accelerated Object Oriented Programming) at the University of Utah. This game is a space version of balloon tower defence, where there are comets that are released, and 2 types of towers that can be placed once enough points have been gained. The game ends once the user loses all their hitpoints, which happens when the comets keep attacking the base for an extended amount of time.

Data Structures and Algorithms

Data Structure and Algorithms practice notes. In this repository I store my practice problems from coding interviews, and other notes taken throuhout data structure courses. The topics range from stacks and queues to algorithms, such as BFS, DFS, Bubble sort, Quicksorts etc. Finally, almost all the code is done in either Java, Python or C++.

Brown PLT Research

Repository consisting of my work with professor Ben Greenman. We are working with static python, and we are currently importing numerous benchmarks, and organizing them and manipulating the code in order to fit them into the following critetia: static, typed, untyped. Once all the benchmarks are imported and organized, we will run the static python files, and report potential improvements.
